Part of being an intentional family requires my husband and I to focus on our family’s health and nutrition. Our shop does the same. We cannot strive forward without the energy and fuel needed to get through the day. That means we are aware of what we are putting in and on our bodies. As a steward of my body, I act intentionally each day to use healthy products. Taking care of our minds, bodies and health.

For years I struggled with my hair, skin and healthy eating. I needed products that were made with clean ingredients and actually worked. If you are like me, you wasted hundred of dollars trying products with the best ingredients, only to see minimal results. I didn’t want to try again, I was afraid another product would mean another failure.

I am happy to say I have been pleasantly surprised with the new tools I have found. Great skin, great products, all clean ingredients. More energy, yes please. Better skin, heck yeah. Safe cleaning products that my kids can use, yes please.
