If you haven’t heard, We Are The Coopers! A family of 6 that live in NH. Here’s what we’re about:

John

John is an IT Support Professional and aspiring Software Engineer. He has a passion for productivity and creating online content. He has written for multiple blogs and has had a podcast with a fellow productivity fan Josh Medeski, called One Intentional Life. He loves helping people to become better versions of themselves and creating the life that they want to live.

Liz

Liz is a Nurse, entrepreneur and aspiring work from home Mom. She is passionate about helping people become the healthiest happiest person they can be. Along with being a nurse, she is a strong advocate and entrepreneur for the benefits of clean living, homesteading and all things sourdough.

The Boys

Emmett (9), Jace (7), Arlo (4) and Judah (10 months)  are the four boys in the family. These four boys are what started John and Liz on a journey to live happier, healthier, and freer lives. They could not be more different, but love each other just the same.

We hope with this blog we will be able to share some aspects of our life to make you realize that life is crazy for everyone. We hope to make moments with our family that we can look back on and remember (and hopefully inspire you to do the same). Finally, we hope to help you take a journey towards living your own Happier, Healthier, Freer life as we continue to share our journey with you
